Even though the first link (preceding post) of this project has been pulled down in the City and County of Denver website and is now a void link, Shears, Adkins and Rockmore, architects to the project, have provided an update for this project in their "Work - In Progress" section

http://sararch.com/projects/in-progr...t-the-commons/

It seems that all other info provided remains the same, and since this is currently working its way through the Denver Planning Board, this project may even have a 2015 start.

This is probably a safe bet to please add under Proposed in the SP Denver database.

Thanks

Even though a new rendering of this project has been released:

http://denverinfill.com/blog/2015/10...-chestnut.html

and

http://denverurbanreview.com/2015/10/1709chestnut/

and

http://www.denver-cityscape.com/
(see 9/15/15 post)

this project is still working its way through the Denver City Planning Department, and with no changes to the data about it as listed in the opening post, it is safe to please add to this project to the SP database under Proposed. Construction is projected to start sometime in the First Quarter of 2016.... some 3-6 months away now.

Thanks

Since this project is already included in the SP database...

http://skyscraperpage.com/cities/?buildingID=107519

and heights seem to already be done.

However, 2 things.......

First.....

there will be 2 separate towers included in the project, and this particular on is the North Tower. Somehow, the name maybe would need to reflect such and then

second....

this project is not listed on the map, so here are the coordinates....

39° 45' 21.25" N 105° 00' 06.00" W

and these numbers will put one smack dab in the middle of this tower......

Thanks
