That first rendering is among the most downright wretched ever done by a so-called professional.

I'll try to remember to bring a camera along next time I'm in the area. Two of the buildings are already at about 20 storeys.

LOL! The first render is kinda cool/funny/imaginative!... but very unrealistic

Actually, 4 towers are currently under construction... 2 of them (the ones closest to IKEA) are at about 20-25 floors now (if i can recall... and they're near top-off) and the other 2 are about 1 floor above ground...(the ones closest to McDonalds)...

Interesting project... i remember passing by them and just seeing HOW MUCH EMPTY SPACE there is to fill!!!... you could create an entire village in that lot (which is kinda what they're trying to accomplish)... looking forwards to see the full project !

It's right on the Sheppard subway, about 15 km from downtown as the crow flies.

North-west tower is at 21 stories.

Guys, the "rendering" at the top of the page is a screen-cap of a flash cartoon from the webpage with little moving cars and sailboats

Hopefully these will have much better finishings than the City Place condos... but I highly doubt that.

I see these towers while driving along the 401 all the time. They look quite decent, one of the better looking developments in North York. Park Place will be a huge boost for ridership along the Sheppard Subway Line.

It's still under construction. But always something seems to be going on there whenever I've gone past.

Tango is about 6 stories tall, while Tango 2 is still being excavated (expect a crane for this one in the coming weeks). Opus just launched, which is Concord's next phase.

These are some older shots I took of Tango and Tango2 a few weeks back.
