The theatre groups plan to merge and re-develop the EOA properties into a new theatre with a 5 story building.

Shame that Western Fair District screwed up the Casino deal as that would have reinforced the EOA area with entertainment and new housing projects.

A casino would have only lifted up addiction rates. This merger sounds fantastic, though!
