The amenity level is 28, top level is 49 - so maybe a few more than 10.

Completion Delayed

Marcon website now shows 72% done with estimated completion for August 2021 (was last pegged at April)

I think you're correct but I don't know for sure. I don't usually drive through the area. Was definitely near Forest Grove though.

Whoa, backroads North Road.
I guess that's beyond the veer into Clarke Road and looking south?

The gym level on 28 is quite distinctive and forms an easy reference point.

Based on yesterday's picture, glazing is to Floor 30 and they're pouring the slab for Floor 36.

Penthouse levels begin at Floor 44, where the building tapers again.

The top floor (49) is more amenities.

So this should rise another 13 floors.

Looks like it to me.

North Road has a large dip traveling north past Broadway before rising sharply in elevation again, allowing for some nice views of the new burquitlam developments.

^Coming along very nicely, thanks for the update.

Anyone know of any future plans to redevelop burquitlam plaza? That large parking lot is going to look pretty out of place once all the towers in the area are completed.

Are you sure you are not referring to the 'drab and depressing' clouds in the pictures???? Because the building has some great details, changing facade textures and best of all height and girth. Jeese, we are not Dubai or any city in China for cryin' out loud.

I can now see it when driving down the mountain on Gaglardi. It's looking very tall already. I wonder if it will crack 160m when finished.

its starting to look taller than the lougheed heights tallest tower now from highway 1.

There is something going up on the smaller tower, some kind of exo cladding, not sure what it is.
