That Courtyard Residence Inn (photo-melded to Roseland) is so wonderfully weird in its orientation (no pun intended).

Sort of a modern-day 20 Exchange Place.....YTF didn't I just say 1717 Broadway??????

These shots from the park are amazing. This one is clearly going to be an eye catcher because of its size. The end result on whether it is iconic in addition to tall will be the glass once the cover comes off, the lighting at the top once finished, and if the spire makes a comeback. Time will tell. Funny how this also looks fat going up when compared to 432 and 111.

@JerseyV;

IIRC I don't think this was ever marketed...per se/as it were...as a "superslender"; and I agree that the more this giant fleshes out, the more we'll see that point borne out.

A bloc of windows has been revealed. Looking crisp and high quality. Pics by me.

Night and day improvement when the glazing is actually shown. Very nice look, good catch!

Very nice, that means that it'll blend in with the sky and not stick out like a sore thumb like 432 Park Avenue.

Look how much better 888 7th Avenue on the right looks with clear glass compared to the 1970s/1980s style black glass.

^ 888 looks fantastic with clear glass, but it doesn't seem like they're replacing the entire facade. Be a lot cooler if they did

And the CPT glass reval has turned out to be quite nice. Appears to match the silver panes on One57.

That facade will look much better without the blue covering.
