It's just incredible that two towers currently under construction simultaneously will soon break into the 10 tallest buildings in the city (Eleven at #7 and RBC at #9). NOW ALL WE NEED IS SOMETHING 800+ FT (at #1)!

Nice progress! This neighborhood could end up in a few years with a couple more proposals similar to this!

Yesterday afternoon they were attaching another section of the West crane mast to the building, also the climbing segment had been moved to the top. Time to go up!

Eleven is looking festive! If you look close they strung some Christmas lights around up top. There is also a tree up there on the other side that you cant see in this picture.

From The Development Tracker: Almost topped out. 4 more floors to go with a final height between 580FT-590FT. Still speculation how tall the crown will be.

^ nice!

That perspective nice demonstrates how this will be the tallest skyscraper in the Midwest (outside of chicago) not located in a CBD.

Any idea how much more it has to go before topping out?

From some angles the distance between Eleven and the CBD is very apparent, especially from a long distance out.

I think the core has just one or two levels to go. There had been some information a few months ago about the 2nd week of Feb being their scheduled date for topping off. Up until this week we've had a pretty mild winter, so that shouldn't have slipped much. I'm guessing we will hear something from Ryan when they get there.

Thanks for the update. This is an impressive building when you drive by on 35W (for people who don't live here...a large freeway that skirts downtown Minneapolis and crosses the Mississippi River).

Really stands out and stretches downtown to the east.
