10º San Diego, CA.
This time i made San Diego, because a lot of people asked for it and it's not a big city (if you don't make the suburbs, of course) and i decided to do it:

And about the trainer, just download it from the STEX (Simtropolis Exchange) in Simtropolis: www.simtropolis.com/stex

Then unzip it in the My Documents/Simcity 4/Plugins

do you have any more SD landmarks beside the La Jolla Mormon Temple? (specifically in the downtown area)
