Austin: Pemberton, Old Enfield

Houston: Old money: River Oaks (large, scenic area), Riverside Terrace (lost ground but appears to be coming back), parts of West University, Boulevard Oaks, area adjacent to Rice University, and a few pockets in other areas within the loop. Newer money: Multiple scattered areas of newer mansions, largely west of Loop 610 in the piney woods area. The newer ones I'm referring to are superior to "McMansions", which are smaller, not very exciting and too numerous to list.
