The Harrison features stainless steel appliances, Technistone countertops and Shaker-style cabinetry. South facing residences on floors four through 14 offer sweeping vistas of the Manhattan skyline, while units on floors 16 through 25 feature balconies. Additionally, certain units on floors 15 and 26 boast large terraces and two rear-facing, second-floor units provide access to large private backyards.

LIC's Tallest Condo is Nearly Complete; Take First Look at Model Residences
June 6, 2017
Quote:
Long Island City’s loftiest condo building, The Harrison, is nearly complete and since kicking off sales last Fall, roughly 70% of its 120 condos have been signed into contract. With studios starting at $625K, one-bedrooms from $855K and two-bedrooms from $1M, the Harrison is a remarkable bargain, when compared to condos in Manhattan, and a ten-minute commute from its front door.

Now, with occupancy approaching, the sales team (led by Modern Spaces) has released images of their two model residences. The residences range from studio to three-bedroom layouts and all will include 5” pre-engineered European white oak flooring, Bosch stainless steel appliances, Technistone countertops, and Shaker-style cabinetry. Many units will have views of the Manhattan skyline and far-reaching views over Queens. Some upper floor units will have private balconies and terraces.

More info on the project & interior images HERE.
