Yeah, that rendering looks to be 80 South Street. No clue if it's the actual plan.

Times Square would be a great place for a megatall with Midtown becoming so polar. 2500' is overkill though, maybe aim for 1900' as 1400 footers become the norm.

Times Square would make sense as the location of the first megatall in NYC. Both to mark such an important place and because it has great transit links.

Man if only...

I hope midtown sees a 1600 + someday soon at least, that doesn't seem too out of the question.

I forgot about the Park Hyatt redevelopment near Grand Central. What's the status on that one?
