Just weeks after the Oklahoma City Urban Renewal Authority agreed to a deal with Chicago-based Clayco that will result in two office and two apartment towers, Houston-based Hines is preparing to build a 27-story tower designed by the renown architects who imagined Devon Energy Center

There are some cool historic structures on this block and this design is very underwhelming to me. If anyone knows how to post those pictures that would be great. If they could incorporate the facades into the base of this tower it would be awesome. But to demo 3 solid historic structures for a 27 story glass box and two parking garages makes me wonder if it is worth it.

I wish between these two proposals there was a little more variance in height but that's just nitpicking. I think its great overall and shows how strong the local economy is
