Because I was logged off when I checked the thread, genius. Are you just incapable of letting things go? Stop polluting the threads of this forum, please. I've learned how to grow up, so can you.

And back to construction... some amazing shots of Brookfield by a forumer on the Calgary section...

Agreed. You guys seriously need to lay off Chad. He posts more updates on projects across the country than anyone else on here. Those claiming he's only a booster for Calgary obviously ignore his contributions to the territories threads as well as regular posts on proposals from Saskatoon and other cities. I think people on here are far too harsh towards him and seem to have preconceived notions of what he's like. Fwiw I've actually met him at a Calgary SSP meet up and he was a really nice younger guy with an insane passion for skyscrapers.

I agree - Chad's one of only a few forumers that shows genuine interest in development in other cities in the Canada section which has become infested by spam bots/rejects vying for attention. The material on these threads is becoming absolutely hillarious.

Yeah right. I actually post updates of highrise and transit projects as well as skyline pics, what do you do exactly? Apart from shitting on Edmonton all the time and getting your account suspended in the process?

Come on guys, enough. Stop giving him ammo with which to pollute these forums further. He'll literally latch on to and harp on anything that can be misconstrued and never let it go. Enough is enough.

Why are the mods doing nothing about this? His actions are the definition of trolling at this moment.

He's definitely not a blinkered hometown booster. I have no idea why Chad rankles some people here. This isn't the first time someone has gotten his panties in a knot over Chad.

I think it's the passive aggressiveness and questionable claims/statements he's made in the past that give people that inclination, to be honest. People may be unfair to Chad, but he hasn't really done himself any favors either.

And Skah is right about Spring... talking about trolls.

No way, Brookfield Place is 40 meters taller than Bay Adelaide, if that was the case it would be the tallest Skyscraper U/C in the country. Right now its the 3rd tallest U/C.....at least for a couple more months, anyways.

It's not rocket science folks...

btw - that makes Cal's "guess" of 20 metres actually closer than losername's "guess" of 40 metres, although neither was particularly accurate!
