There's 400 West 2nd nearby, and other smaller, 300-400 ft towers near the square, but there's so much going on, idk which site your referring too.

Smaller boutique hotels rising in the 30's between Avenue of the Americas and 9th Avenue.

A couple of blocks could mean Verre, the Bryant, a slew of towers near Riverside Center. Possibly that?

Riverside is a big development. A block North of Ingel's pyramid. 5+ tower development. A lot of the development in Midtown is concentrated on the West Side and the blocks from 62nd to 33rd, between 6th and 10th.

Thanks, I work in the building I took them from. I have a clear view of the progress. Will update as it gets higher. We see them do a new floor every week.. sometimes 2.
