This project is on the preliminary agenda of the next HDRC session, for some reason.

Oh Lord, here we go. They better not protest that it absolutely dwarfs the other vacant parking lots around it opting instead for a scaled back revision.

No. Developer has resigned some aspects of the building. On their own.

Also, not sure if the new agenda will show it, but the name for this project will now be 300 Main. When that is officially on documents I’ll change the thread title.

Renders typically don't drop until the weekend before. So we should get some finalized designs by Friday and if not, next Monday.

This still seems to be a slated mid-January start date. Does their re-design mean that it will be shorter?
