When I was a kid there was a cartoon which featured a witch who had a cat named HeyYou.

He is the sweetest thing you would ever meet and I've had nothing but good luck since I got him!
I love black cats! I've had quite a few and right now have two black cats(one long hair and one short).

cats are hard to take a picture of. They wont look at you, and when they do it is for a really short time.

Elvis is a bad ass.

The last 2 days I've discovered a super-duper magical secret that I've never thought of before that my cat obviously just *loves!*

Rub him/her on the nose - not the fur-less part where the nostrils are, but the bridge of the nose between the eyes. Pure contentment for the kitty!

A must-read for cat owners who always wondered what their cat did while they were away at work:

That is a seriously handsome cat, awesome.

I have dogs that don't like other species (they go apeshit when the squirrels outside taunt them at the door) so I can't get a cat, despite wanting one. I keep tabs with what cats are available at the local Humane Society though, as a sort of pipe dream.

Absolutely hilarious. This is just what my cat does around 6am when I let her sleep in my room:

Minus the baseball bat, that's spot-on!
