Well they look like you might only get two chairs and two people on it and maybe a potted plant. Also, they don't look too private so getting along with the neighbors will be important.
I doubt you could fart on the balcony without sharing with them

I think it is interesting that they are installing the balcony railings so soon. It seems like that is typically one of the last things to be done.




I also like the way the cladding is coming out on the garage portion.

Nice pic. Yeah, I really like this one actually. It's different than the rest of the pack and is in a really good spot. I like that area of downtown and this tower no doubt will benefit from it and add to it.

I was wondering why the penthouse has 20 foot ceilings. Floor plans call for lofts with stairs in the units up to the bedroom. Most have much bigger balconies than the other floors. They start at $3100 up to $4295 for a one bedroom. Expensive views!

Thanks for the update. I'm really liking this one. Those big windows at the top and the columns. It's a subtle building and it works.
