Exclamation Texture Needed (credit will be given)

Hello, thank you for visiting the topic and taking your time for reading this. Much appreciated for sure and I would be much thankful for any help.

Anyway, I started building my dream complex in Google Sketch Up based in Lower Manhattan, NYC. It consists of two 2000 ft towers as the main focal point. Thing is, the textures have become stretched with the increased height. Well, basically what I am after is a new simple texture for the buildings. The texture should be based on the old twin towers facade however the windows need to be MUCH wider to give panoramic views. The lobby will remain the same but the arches need to be wider to provide the wider windows. The observation deck on the top flow should be an open panoramic view with no obstructions from the facade.

The towers are the same width as the originals but the height of the new ones are 2000 ft. The glass need to be a new style design like the one seen on the New York Stock Exchange.
