CALGARY | WAM Developments West Tower | 118 M | 389 FT | 34 FLOORS

314 Unit Tower. Part of two tower development. Former Astoria Project that is capped at grade. WAM has submitted their development permit to the city.

This is going to look great and add some nice density with Mark under construction right next door. And with the foundation work already done, ought to get built relatively quickly.

Is the plan to build both towers at once? If not, any idea which tower gets built first?

To answer your question DarthMalgus, WAM intends to have the project complete by 2016. It isn't clear if that means both towers, but it seems likely that at least the main tower will be done by that time. This means construction will start within a couple of months.

Will be really nice to hear more about this soon. I imagine they plan to launch this summer if the plan for complation by Q2 2016.

With Mustard seed just completed, and Mark, and 6th and 10th already u/c and WAM about to go 10th ave is kicking as and taking names.

Don't forget Metro and the Auras all just off tenth! Those 3 towers alone are like 1000 people being added to the 10th Ave area
