If the renderings are accurate (and I counted correctly), this is the last full-sized floor, but there are two more floors or floor-sized features above this one.

First: they couldn't pay me enough to hang there...

Second: it looks like you assessment is correct.

To me this looks much taller, and slightly different top than the original plans.

Forming for another floor is now in place. This is going to be much more prominent in the skyline than most of us originally thought.

I agree, but it looks like they have topped out?

Topped Off

I believe they have topped off. I did not take a picture, but last week they flew 2 American flags from the top of the building.

It is topped out. There is definitely not any new formwork for another floor going up. I literally stare at it from my condo. The smaller top couple floors is just probably going to be a clubhouse, with a double floor atria facing north.

I appreciate when viewed form afar, that the height is noticeably different Hanover just south of it. Variety, even when subtle is nice. You can see this and the Hadley quite easily from O4W/the EST.

Atlanta is becoming a mini-me version of Toronto, where Peachtree is Yonge and rail underneath allows density to pile up.

Taken this past weekend.

This seems to be more in line with the renderings below from What Now Atlanta than some of the earlier versions I've seen like the renderings from skyscrapercenter.com and skyscrapercity.com. To me, this version is much clunkier, but I like that it's at least not a flat-topped structure.
