A Sunny March in Boston

Wherein by still being on unemployment and having every day free I *chose* to only go out shooting on post-Daylight Savings sunny days, in which case all you get are nothing but deep blue skies and warm yellow earth tones. I know March isn't the sexiest month out there but the way it lights Boston up is hard to beat, and that makes my camera happy

Great photos! Haven’t been to Boston (or anywhere else) in too long. Hope you find employment soon!

I can dig it.

I love Boston. It's tied with DC for my second favorite city in America. I like it better even than SF, LA, and Chi, all of which I love.

There's something about this photo that caught my eye, but I can't put my finger on it.

I was disappointed to see this, as I was planning to post a Boston-heavy New England set soon and now it's got to measure up to this! Great shots, including some scenes that we don't see very often.

Nice pictures. There certainly is a lot being built in Boston (and Cambridge)! I remember at least that one cluster that I think is in Cambridge near I-93. But a lot of that is new to me!

Do you happen to know what is being built in front of the CITGO sign?

Looks like there are quite a few new highrises since I was there in 2009!

With new office towers and condos growing up there, the Boston skyline is getting more and more unBoston now.

And it's about damn time! Boston has really turned a corner on growing out of its provincial 20th century mindset, and I say this as someone who hated the ass-backwards politics around here.

Boston is such a fantastic city, and I love seeing all the new construction! Was there about two years ago, but would love to visit again soon!

Boston, the city that is always building for the human scaled form as opposed to things that only look good from a distance.
