POTALA TOWER BELONGS BACK IN PROPOSED STATUS
Please move Potala Tower back into "Proposed" status until the Major MUP and construction permits for a tower have been approved. These approvals have not been given nor permits issued at this time so there can be no construction of a tower or a subgrade garage. You just can't construct these things until you have the permits.
Another poster keeps trying point readers to permit 6423129 but note that this is just for shoring and grading. That's site preparation work, folks. It is not the permits needed before one constructs a tower.
