In 2013, according to the latest emerging projects poster. That's the Shoal Creek Walk location.

Yeah, I drove by it today and was shocked that it's rising up so fast.

From Zilker Clubhouse.

Just the crane of course. The crane is a good bit taller than what the building will be. The building will be 186 feet tall. The building in front of the crane, Austin City Lofts, is itself 180 feet. So I'm not even sure IBC Bank Plaza will actually show up here.

It should stick out from that angle some due to it being southwest of the location. It should show up a bit to the right of the ACL building though it will be partially covered.

You're right! I checked the sight line with Google Earth, and it will be visible there. It should appear significantly taller than Austin City Lofts also. The two buildings are only 6 feet apart in height, but Austin City Lofts' elevation near Shoal Creek is nearly 40 feet lower than IBC Bank Plaza's east facing facade.

Didn't realize there was that large of a hill between the two. Austin's downtown is quite hilly unless you are comparing it to San Francisco.

I have no idea why, since its quite short(for our current standards) but this building excites me. It has a large footprint. I think its a decent building for the lot.

The renders at least show a well designed building make the most of the CVC for the lot so I think there is a lot to be excited about. It has ground retail and should be good in-fill.

Buildings make the skyline, ground level retail makes the city. So I like it too.

Looks like the parking levels are done so now the office portion can start rising. We should be seeing some setbacks on the next level as it starts to take shape.

Now that the office portion is rising it's starting to take shape.
