The colors are actually decent, but I agree, it feels like something is missing/unfinished with the roof. I actually like the roof, but glass would have made the ends more attractive. It also would have been a lighting opportunity with internal lights. I still say the Four Seasons Residences is the one that looks most unfinished to me. Those two white boxes on the roof and bare bones balconies just bug me.

I never noticed the permanent "SKYHOUSE" on the side before. This lights up at night?

It sure does...and very bright! I could make it out from several miles away on S. Lamar the other night.

Funny I can't think of another DT residential, condo or apartment, with signs like this or maybe I haven't been paying attention. It is a good way to advertise your product that is for sure.

21Rio has a sign near the top, and The Bowie had "3Eleven" in the renderings. Not sure of any others though.
