Yeah they said they recently renewed at the end of 2019/2020

At this stage, it looks like they managed to bring back a parkade building.

The new parkade seems to encroach on the alley more than the old one did.
If you use the Vancouver House vent structure as a benchmark, the new parkade does extend out a bit farther above grade.

Three floors (27-29) of this tower have just been put on the sublease market. Avison is the sub-landlord's broker.

They have floors 15-23 and 30-33 for lease on Spacelist.

27-29 was the space B2Gold took last year:

Kabam was on the bottom 7 floors.

PI Financial took 40,000 sq feet (assume 3 floors as well)

The sub-leasing document for the top three floors mentions they have an interconnecting staircase on those levels.

Nice. Finally this one is rising. Should get interesting. I hope it won't take too much away from the Scotia Tower.

Another concrete pour today.
There are aso 2 crane sections at the lower left corner.
I think they already installed one yesterday or earlier today (saw it sitting on the white insertion part yesterday)

Pic by me.
