10th and 11th floor have received their pallets of drywall.

I'm a little surprised by how few workers I see on any given floor right now. I'd have thought that with all the delays with the foundation, there would be more activity on the lower floors. But I'm quite ignorant of all that needs to happen - my days as a city planner never required us to pay attention to the inside.

There was a discussion on the Building Philly Facebook page that indicated the windows were out of whack and that they would "leak like a sieve," from what I remember. I don't know if this has anything to do with a lack of interior activity.

Thank you! Your photograph and photography captures the W/E from the North that gives one a very unique perspective amongst the other structures in close and near proximity.

If a shadow from the W can be seen, then will we have an early Spring?

In the last photo posted, looks like 40th. A while ago, I used the renderings to determine that the taller floor up there--where the southwest corner changes from angled to straight--is the 32nd floor. So if that's accurate, they're up to the 40th floor in that last photo (meaning that we're seeing the ceiling of 40/floor plate of 41).

The construction elevators are numbered. I'll count tomorrow - been away from the office lately.

So then I was off by one floor on that taller floor up there--it's actually the 31st floor, and not the 32nd. Not bad, considering how hard it is to count the varying-height lower floors on the renderings.

In any event, that means that they're NOW up to the 40th floor.
