If you are talking about the far background, that would be Coquitlam with Mt. Burke / Coquitlam Mountain as the backdrop.

I remember a few forumers from the Canada section questioning why anyone would want to live in a tower in the suburbs. Views like the one in that last pic are a big part of the reason why.
