^ Judging by that rendering, the tower is well over 700', and the DOB filings prove it:

Mods, can this be renamed. I made a request for it as well.

Thanks

Also, great news. 758 feet will stand out in the area. Kinda like Beekman does. Add that to One Manhattan Square, and the coming LES towers, and this flank of Downtown/LES is gaining a big addition.

19 Dutch: FiDi's Next Rental Skyscraper Begins its 758-Foot Ascent
January 10, 2017
Quote:
Construction on the Carmel Partners residential development at 112-118 Fulton Street moves heavenward after months of site preparation and foundation work. With construction now in high gear, the concrete superstructure is already 4 floors up and the Fulton Street-facing retail podium has been fully framed. With the 66-story tower quickly coming together, the California-based developer has updated their webpage on the project releasing its official name and address: 19 Dutch.

We can see several towers:

1) To the lower left, foreground, 118 Fulton.
2) In the foreground, center right, that peice of crap 5 beekman.
3) Background on the left, 50 West.
4) 3 WTC
5) To the right of the Oculus, 200 Greenwich aka the stalled 2 WTC.
6) Far in the distance, in the center, beyond the horizon in NJ, 40 miles SW, my house.
