The Bell Centre cluster just got even denser, this is the fourth building proposed in the area (Solstice, 1000 DLM, 1025 Lucien L'Allier and this). Safe to say that this is Montreal's Manhattan! Although it'll be the smallest tower in this area and by a wide margin, the density is absolutely insane, especially if all projects are built.
