Ils ont commencé à démonter le pavillon! Voyez le nombre d'échangeurs d'air sur le toit qui a diminué, et des ouvriers ont commencé à monter une cloture tout autour, de même qu'un autre ouvrier qui complète la cloture de bois à l'arrière (pas sur la photo):

Yes, excavation is starting after the Holidays. They are currently demolishing the sales office.

That's an understatement! Just in this little piece of De La Montagne street (between Rene-Levesque and Ave des Canadiens), we have 4 construction sites : Roca, Avenue, TDC and the new restaurant they'll build between the Esso and the new Avenue sale center (they started digging yesterday).

I'd say this is a street to avoid in the next few years...

R-L will be a great canyon when all this is finished. one of the best urban canyons in the country.

Je suis passé là hier, ça faisait tout un vacarme!

Croyez-vous qu'ils commencent l'excavation? Si oui, que va-t-il se passer avec toutes les roulettes à la gauche du terrain de L'Avenue?

Tout dépend de l'empreinte de L'avenue. Si les deux tours du Roca font du site un rectangle, qu'en est-il de L'Avenue?

De plus, il doit y avoir un espace entre les tours (camions de livraisons, entrée du garage, etc. Si ça se trouve, c'est l'espace où sont les roulottes?
