There is a proposal to give a major facelift to the fugly concrete slab on the southwest corner of Bleury and Rene-Levesque. It will be known as the Point Zero Hotel.

Thanks for the scoop. So far the building does not have the reflective appearance shown in the render. Unless they are planning on putting a layer of glass over the cladding..

Yeah honestly passing by it almost daily, looks nothing like the render at all for the moment.

Interesting to note the render has changed very slightly. The sides of the building look like they will be part of the reclad as well now.
