DENVER | Union Denver | 155 FT | 13 Stories

The Platform apartment currently under construction by Holland is located across Wewatta Street from the current proposal. This development, known as Seventeen W, will be located on an entire block bounded by 17th, 18th, Wewatta, and Chestnut Streets. The project will include 640 apartment units in three towers extending above a 3 story podium that includes two floors of parking and 70,000 square feet of retail space. The overall project will be 13 stories and 155 feet in height. The project architect is The Eisen Group of Washington D.C. The project is currently under review by the City. Construction is proposed to start in mid 2015:

Flagship Whole Foods Coming to Union Station

this project, Seventeen W (17W) is now under construction,

17W is now under construction at 17th Street and Wewatta. The project will be apartments and a Whole Foods is slated to occupy the first floor.

as there is heavy equipment present and earth is being moved around the site.

Per a local website, this proposed highrise, 17W.....
