This one and Guardian are my two favorite residential tower u/c right now. I'm excited to watch both of them rise.

I wish that gold box thing at the top was a little bigger. This on and Guardian we need a few more of.

Hopefully a project gets built sooner than later directly north on the other side of the street from this one. That would transform the intersection for sure.

Directly North is 999-8th and there is no indication of the owners wanting to sell as they 100% leased. This is where I took the photo from.
