Margaritaville Resort Orlando - $750 million entertainment complex

The new Margaritaville Resort Orlando is a $750 million entertainment complex on highway 192 West, south of Disney.
It includes:
- A 200,000 square foot Sunset Walk shopping and dining area anchored by Rock and Brews, Studio Movie Grill, Ford's Garage, Cafe Rio and Bahama Buck's (Opening November 2018).
- A major new water park with a wave pool, over a dozen new slides, kids play structure, action river and activity pool (Opening March 2019).
- With its center piece the new Margaritaville Resort Hotel (Opening early 2019).

Waterslide pieces have started to arrive at Margaritaville Resort Orlando for the new water park that is scheduled to open in March of 2019. Infrastructure work is well underway along with site work. I am not sure, but from the plans I have seen of the park I believe the slides and attractions maybe from Whitewater West. Tower construction should begin later this summer.

Margaritaville Orlando continues its rapid development. The water park is moving forward with 100s of slide pieces now in the staging lot with plunge pools and slide tower foundations now being built (Opening Spring 2019). Sunset Walk entertainment and shopping district is well on track for a late fall 2018 opening. Several of the new business are in the TI process.

Studio Movie Grill has gone vertical, the entertainment district starts opening later this month and the waterpark has numerous slide towers up and the wave pool is in place and should meet its Spring 2019 opening date.
