Global law firm gains foothold in Uptown with Park District deal

Global giant Winston & Strawn LLP will open its new Dallas office in Uptown's Park District office tower adjacent to Klyde Warren Park, putting the law firm in a high-profile building with building signage rights.

The law firm decided to lease two floors at PwC Tower at Park District totaling about 56,000 square feet of office space and building signage rights.

Wow, so they are manually laying brick pavers floor by floor? That's pretty crazy. Are they going to clad the floor plates with some sort of metal mullions?
