Still amazed at how good this building turned out. Can't wait for the next tower! Even though I hate Comcast!

Those two Comcast buildings have made tremendous contributions to the skyline!

Ready for their next supertall.

Well , a nice thought but even if Comcast decides to lasso in any or all of it's out rigger locations , I
seriously doubt a third tower would be any where near as tall as what already exists . Personally , I
would like to see something in the 600/700 ' range .

I wonder if the Comcast Technology Center will have an indoor waterfall like the Hearst Tower (both designed by Lord Foster).

Not to insult either of you, of course. You just both tend to format your posts in odd ways.

Lord Foster (more precisely, his minions) has designed innumerable buildings without waterfalls. Why would the Hearst Tower be any consideration for CTC to mimic?
The only thing Hearst Tower has going for it is that it keeps CTC out of the running for the ugliest building Foster has ever designed.

There seems to be some sort of permanent outdoor space on the first setback of the building. It's on the side facing City Hall. Anyone know what that is? Skybar or observation deck?

So everybody in the hotel above can see his outdoor area? It's a pretty big setback....

On the City Hall side, on top of the podium there will be a terrace deck.

^It's an outdoor extension of the hotel's main ballroom/meeting facility space, which is on the lower floors.

My pleasure, Augmented. Your drone shots and the few others that post them on Instagram are really stunning.
I feel like they show the Philadelphia we know, but maybe those not from around here do not. People need to see this city in all its glory.

Finally got back to the Phillies today. Not only did I get to see Chase Utley's last game at the Bank, but my first win since 2014. Citizens Bank Park has always held a place for me with the skyline views. I never went into the city as a kid, so that was always my chance to see skyscrapers. I remember when Comcast Center was first completed. It was beautiful.
