Well, those google earth models definitely put in perspective. Kevin, its all love, I was just lamenting the fact that we haven’t had our skyline pop like Austin. I love how the Austin skyline is maturing and constantly changing. Austin and Seattle are in my top 5 favorites in North America. NYC, Chicago, & Toronto are my top 3.

I love all of the growth in midtown SA and I agree that if it can be anything like DC or Paris, that would be amazing.

It's just a rough model at this point, and I didn't include the setbacks. Of course, the building will have some setbacks, so the tower portion won't be totally up against the street. Only the first 3 floors will be meeting the street in those setback sections, so it probably won't appear quite as bulky as my model shows it. Eventually, I'll go back and do some editing and repost them. Still, this is a good sized project, and I like the design.

I haven't seen many updates on this one. the https://sabotdevelopment.com/ has some news updates from earlier in the year about more parcel acquisition. Their site says a groundbreaking in early 2021 with completion in 2023.
