^ Anyone who hasn't been to New York in a few years could be forgiven for not knowing what city that is on first glance.

Anyway, seems we are in a holding pattern to top this one off. I can remember when it seemed like this time would never come.

I don't think I've ever seen scaffolding go that far off the side of a building...

Yeah, that's gotta be one sketchy shaky lift ride to the top.

Its quite easy to see why a 2nd crane was set up to finish off the top floors, and they certainly used the 1st crane to place the pieces of the 2nd in place. But I'm surprised to see that the business end of the 1st crane was been taken down. I wonder how the 2nd crane will be taken apart and lowered without help from #1 crane.

They will just need to transport a small jib to a high floor to disassemble the last crane. cranes can disassemble themselves until it is time to remove the boom.

This tower truly shines from the ground perspective. I think aerial perspectives for this particular development don't do justice. Typically, you find that aerials make everything look better and at times can bring out a towers features more, but the design of this IMO warrants it to be viewed from the ground to truly appreciate its authentic design. For optimal viewing pleasure and appreciation.
