This thing is going to be a beast, even if it is at 528 ft.

After years of being highly doubtful if this would be built, I guess it's time to say reality has proved otherwise. As someone else always says 'Build it' (no pink please)

With that being said, will this have underground parking or will the residents be using a nearby garage? I was always curious.

151 parking spaces come with the tower, this building is built for the wealthy--no one is walking blocks to get their car!

According to the IG page, we are now at the one floor per week phase of construction. As of three days ago, construction was at floor 9.

these pics updates are great, jawn! it’s tough to capture the scale of this in person - i was by recently for the first time in a long time and it feels BIG now that it’s really rising. it’s still so weird to watch two 500+ condo towers rising at once.

I'm very thankful that Arthaus, The Laurel and Riverwalk got started before this virus. They will have the biggest impact on the skylines because of their size and locations.

I missed the "Panorama - Regular" view on the Arthaus live cam feed before -- maybe it is new. But you can really see how this one flying now. It's going to be clearly visible from the east - NJ, and the south, very soon.

It looks like they're completing 2 floors a week now.

Seems like they'll have to jack up that tower crane within a week then.

Arthaus can be seen from the Camden Waterfront and Michael J Doyle Fishing Pier. Gonna capture from my NJ spots soon

I really agree - I walked by the other day and while it looked "biggish", it looked nowhere near as big as it does on the webcam:
