They posted the site plan again, and there was a 10 inch increase on the mechanical penthouse shown on the west elevation.

The height shown is 143 feet 9 1/2 inches up from 142 feet 11 1/2 inches.

I marked this one as complete. They start taking reservations on Thursday, but are probably having a soft opening now.

Yes they are just about to go live.

I haven’t seen the rooms yet but a friend of mine is on their sales team and to judge from her insta feed, it’s hand down got one of the best rooftop views in the city.
