Here are a few photos of the Northern Liberties Action. New Residential infill construction is still jumping in Northern Liberties. Heres a few.

Demolition is now more visible at street level at both 15th and Walnut and on Chestnut between 20th and 21th.

Walking down Chestnut street yesterday, I was amazed by the number of recently emptied buildings, especially in adjacent pairs and larger groups. We know that Pearl is planning something at 19th and Chestnut, and we know that the PHA is hoping to get their property redeveloped, but there is a lot more going on.

I have a friend that lives in 1352 so I should post some pictures of SouthStar. Let me just say though. I think it's the ugliest new building of the year. My god is it ugly.

I think 1900 arch is the ugliest atm.

1601 Washington Avenue received approval for the variance. Good to see some added density along Washington Avenue.
