High rise residential condominium is the complementary component in KP Plaza development. It will offer monthly rent to needed parties, a unique niche market in WestChase business district. The Condominium is also an upscale development that will share the amenities in the hotel.

An apartment community between Washington Avenue and Memorial could be redeveloped into a mixed-use project under new ownership, according to a real estate brokerage firm.
The community Archstone Memorial Heights was sold to Houston’s Midway Co. and Dallas-based investment firm The Lionstone Group, according to Atlanta-based ARA, which marketed the deal. Midway is responsible for City Centre and downtown’s Green Street.
“I expect we will see a major mixed-use development on Washington Avenue similar to the CityCentre mixed-use development,” Rotan said. “This is a great opportunity for Midway and Lionstone.”
