Currently, Apache is headquartered at Post Oak Central.

Does this replace the Hanover apartments? I notice they've been dropped from "Under Construction" to "Proposed".

No, the Hanover apartment tower is under construction. This is a new tower for BLVD Place and a few more are expected to be announced.

The Hanover Apts have been deleted from the "under construction" list. I wonder if there is any verification that they're out of the ground with it.

What list? It's well above ground, here's the thread for it.

There is obviously an error within the database. The project at BLVD Place is Hanover Post Oak which is under construction.
http://www.bizjournals.com/houston/b...lvd-place.html

Within the "Proposed" database, there is also Hanover at Rice Village Phase II /Towers 1 and 2.
http://www.houstonarchitecture.com/h...ory-resi-only/

The developer for both projects is Hanover Company

Could it be possible someone (or people) have confused both projects within the database?

I really like this one. The clean lines and slender form are going to look great with the rest of Blvd Place.

That said, it's going to be reminiscent of the two buildings ConocoPhillips is moving into.

Apache was saying they're cutting back on some capital investments. The building may be getting slow-walked.

The filing of a permit seems to indicate the company plans to move ahead on the tower, although representatives from Apache declined to comment on the permit and said the company has no immediate plans for the site. Apache's current headquarters is nearby at Post Oak Central, where the company occupies nearly 500,000 square feet.

This and a multifamily high-rise is currently going through the planning commission. The office tower fronts Post Oak Blvd.

Its lease for 524,000 square feet in Post Oak Central will now expire at the end of 2019, property owner Cousins Properties Corp. of Atlanta announced Tuesday. The company maintained its original square footage on the lease, which originally was scheduled to expire in December 2018.
