^ This was already known, though. It doesn't hurt the project. Ecery project goes through the same process. This tower will rise.

I happen to like that skyline pan (post #18) because, quite frankly, I feel like I've never seen a clear skyline photo of Montreal. I've never had a clear skyline image to associate with the city and I was always curious what this city "looked like" in that way. Very cool.

That being said, I like this new proposal, it appears it will have a greater impact on the skyline.

Yes sales will likely start late spring/early summer.

The tower is still balancing precariously between 62 and 42 floors depending on market strength.

Currently the developer would like to move ahead with a 62 floor version but the project is structured in a way that could see it revert for a 42 floor version if the market is not seen as able to absorb enough units.

Man, if they go down to 42....watch out. The people will revolt, well maybe a couple people will.

^oh no, not the likes of the slovenly Patrick Bourgeois and his gang of unemployed RRQ xenophobic losers.

I hate the flag of the Patriotes.

More thought should have gone into the language abilities of the Habs coach. The reaction is exactly as I had anticipated.

Embarrassing that something like that would eve happen. I tried explaining such behaviour to my non-Quebecois girlfriend and her friends, they just don't understand. And why should they?

And yeah, that flag is hideous. Not because of what t represents, but purely on an aesthetic level.

I am agree on the premise that those are extremist but all in all, pretty much every journalists in Montreal/Quebec were agreeing on the fact that the coach should have been at the very least be bilingual. Furthermore, 85 % of the fan base is french for god sake.

By the way, I do not have any affection for either the patriot flag or for the Ccccanaaadiaaan flag which I have do deal with everyday around here, if you think Quebecois are nationalist, you ought to take look in your own backward.

Lets go West-Island Habs !lol
