No, its a one lane bridge in the middle of nowhere near Pittsburgh that used to be a railroad bridge. And thank you.

Chile Route 27, the third highest paved road in the world (4839m / 15876ft).

I felt quite dizzy when driving on it and on two occasions almost blacked out behind the steering wheel due to the lack of oxygen.
