Great pics, SolarWind!

Really love how the facade is turning out on this one.

This building is a great example of how to make window wall... not look like window wall.

The new signage on the fence is advertising Fulton Market Campus (2Million+ Square Feet).

2,000,000
-1,046,089 for 315 N. May/1114 W. Carroll
-425,000 for 400 N. Aberdeen

That would leave 528,911 square feet

If 1375 W. Fulton is included that would leave 228,911 sq ft.

It'll be interesting to see what Trammell Crow has planned for 1152 W. Carroll.

With Fulton Market becoming such a prime office and residential area, its a shame we have to deal with the grade level Milwaukee District tracks, especially considering the frequency of trains on that ROW. It would be great if we could somehow put them above grade, ala the UP tracks, but considering the limited funds I doubt this will happen any time soon, if ever.

I counted 32 floors to top of core, so another two to go before it tops out.

I've been a fan and supporter of this project from the get-go... I like how she's turning out.

The balcony railing glass is curved.

Wow, really liking how the windows are turning out on this one. The curved balconies are really nice as well. Wish it was taller!

I know it's subtle on this building but still not a fan of the mashed together facades. It's very "trendy" and not particularly inspired or cohesive from a design standpoint, which means it likely won't age well.

I wish the whole building had the darker metal panels and pattern, and let the upcoming building in this development add contrast with a different facade treatment.
