Lincoln Square Expansion|Height: ?| Floors: 42| Status: ?

Is there a thread for this already?

Anyways, I was visiting the Sclater Partner Architects website and I found some renders of the Lincoln Square Expansion. The project calls for a 42 story condominium tower, 224,000 square feet of retail and a 650,000 square feet office tower.

Renders:

Looks nice. And the Bellevue Arts Museum looks kinda good.

Sclater Architects have designed a number of projects around Puget Sound, some really good ones which I didn't know about:

Lincoln Square Office Tower
5th and Jackson
Lincoln Square
Bellevue Arts Museum
One Lincoln Square
Bellevue Square
and
Northgate Mall

They also designed the what seems to be dead 7th and Westlake Tower.

Now that I think about it, some of these projects look similar.

Well, at least the residential tower looks better than the current one @ Lincoln Square.

Will the two complexes be linked by a pedestrian bridge (besides the one that will link to the expanded Bellevue Square)?

Bellevue is seriously aiming at something, here. A lot of redundancy in amenities like museums and such-- I'm guessing they're crossing fingers and hoping that people stop going across the lake.

Bellevue's Lincoln Square Expansion Continues to Rise

Quote:
The skyline of Bellevue, Washington, has grown in the last decade to rival its parent city of Seattle, and is continuing in earnest with several new projects in the pipeline.Arguably the largest of those new projects is the Lincoln Square Expansion being developed by Kemper Freeman, well known for his influence in local politics and the owner of the nearby Bellevue Square Mall and Bellevue Collection. Freeman’s Kemper Development Company had also built the original Lincoln Square in 2005, a complex of two towers (an office tower and the Westin Bellevue hotel) located a block north of the expansion.
