Interesting. Last I heard the Marriott was 6-stories and I remembering seeing a rendering of a stucco hotel. Sounds like more floors have been added. That's great news. Is there a newer version of a rendering?

If 10 stories is correct that is absolutely fantastic news. The zoning on that lot is 75' maximum height, and 120' max with a conditional use. 10 stories will easily fit within that height limit. I REALLY REALLY REALLY hope they both end up being 10 stories.
