I haven't heard anything about leasing for this one. I have heard that they have selected a general contractor though (Ellis Don)

The parkade that is in back there - will it be demolished as well??
Does anyone have a drawing of the layout of the HS project??

You could be right, I had heard that PCL got the contract for the demo, and Ellis Don for construction, but I'm not 100% sure of that.

What is up inside the crown with those two high floors? Mechanicals, public space, ect???
