hmmm...when I look at these images with the cladding, I can't help but think "1950's institutional", and that's not good. Let's hope that this thing starts looking better.

I actually like the cladding. The glass and steel at least look much cleaner and more modern than what is on the surrounding buildings.

I actually like the cladding a lot.

Regardless, even if you hate it, at least it's not a giant empty lot in the middle of the city.

While better than an empty lot, my guess is that this pattern is going to be a bit much after 15 floors. The problem, as far as I can tell, is that the pattern is pretty uniform and doesn't have any setbacks or other elements to break it up as it rises.

If it attracts the same loser/deadbeat crowd that the municipal court does (Broad and Arch), then, I'd rather have a giant empty lot.

Yeah, I feel bad for the people living in The Metropolitan. Same with The Phoenix. Great building, but horrible location.
