AJM how does the glass look in person? I think the facade materials will really make or break this project and I haven't had a chance to check it out in person yet.

Climbing cage has done its job, time to remove. Crane will be removed with a stiffleg derrick.

While I agree 100% with your comment about the materials, I think this project is already a massive success because it filled a parking lot in center city with a functioning building. Even if this building turns out to be disgusting I'll count it as a WIN.

Hmmm. I'm not really feeling the cladding. Maybe when they add more of it and get up a few floors it will look better.
